Become A Better Player: Work On Your Vertical Limit

Jumping higher is always a great addition to an athlete’s arsenal of skills.  Can you really increase your vertical jump through training though?  Isn’t this skill something you inherit instead of learn?  The answer is, it’s both. So how can one increase his or her vertical jump?
