Having the perfect land is also vital in executing the plyo exercise. To do the perfect landing, you have to land on your toes while slowly rolling into your heels. You don’t want to land your entire feet on to the ground because it can cause serious injury not just on your feet but also on our spine.
The plyometrics exercise is very useful particularly if you are playing basketball. It gives an advantage against your competitor in taking a shot or a rebound. But this exercise is not effective when you do not have the determination, hard work and goal to succeed. You also need to train yourself everyday because success does not come overnight.
